Working various construction jobs growing up and throughout my time studying Business Management at West Chester University; I had the unique opportunity to see how companies that took this approach far outperformed their competitors.

I started J&A Fence as a man and a pickup truck on the heels of the Great Recession. I knew I could do the work, I had the “know-how,” but now more than ever- trust, communication, and value were of the utmost importance if I was going to succeed. One satisfied customer at a time, the business grew.
